- We are in the process of adopting a boy from Ethiopia!! We brought home Silas from Ethiopia in July 2009 and can't wait to travel back to his birth country to bring home our son. God has truly blessed our family!

I cannot imagine the emotion you must feel Sara. I have a strong desire to lay on the floor and sob my heart out that Silas is home with Mommy and Daddy and two loving sisters. And that is a hoot that Syd is sucking her thumb. Keep posting updates and pics.
I am so excited for you!!! Do you have any suggestions for things to pack when getting a child 1-2 years old. I have seen the packing lists on the yahoo group but they don't apply to this age.
